The city in the snow. Like the rest of Scotland, Edinburgh has a very varied climate which can see the weather change dramatically within a day - even hour to hour. This can be both challenging and rewarding for photography. Being near the coast, we are often veiled by haar (sea mist) as well as seeing the full range from sunny blue skies through drizzle to rain and in some winters, snow.
